In aseries of discussions with women who have held leadership positions at EI over the last 25 years, the podcast looks at their experiences as female leaders in the global education union movement, sharing their lessons learned and their thoughts on the future directions for EI when it comes to women’s leadership and gender equality in relation to both education and education unions.
