A meeting of the founding committee of the syndicate of Vahed Company workers is attacked by Workers House (Khaneh Kargar) and  Islamic Shoras (government organisations)

More than 300 known elements of Khaneh Kargar and  Islamic Shora of Vahed Bus Company in greater Tehran attacked a meeting of the founding committee of the syndicate of this company’s workers, destroying the  place and beating up those present at the meeting.

On Sunday the 8th of May members of the committee became aware that elements of Khaneh Kargar and Islamic Shora  intended to attack an education meeting of this committee the next day,Monday 9th May. This meeting was to take place in the offices of syndicate of bakery workers. Once they became aware of this news, members of eth syndicate informed security officials, including  colonel Assayesh and  major Kiyani, who in the last few days and especially since May Day had been in contact with them .

On Monday morning, 2 colonels of the security forces arrived to make sure there were no incidents at  the education meeting and this meeting passed peacefully.

Around 2pm as members  the founding committee were having lunch, they noticed the arrival of a large number of security forces in front of the syndicate offices. A few minutes later a crowd of around 300 elements of Khaneh Kargar and Islamic Shora arrived with more than 12 buses and started breaking doors and windows , they tore up documents, destroyed books in the library as well attacking around 10 members of the founding committee of Vahed company workers syndicate who were present a the time. In these attacks one member of the committee was  severely injured,  his  tongue and neck required multiples stitches.

All this took place while the security forces were present and witnessed the whole incident. Although the security forces were themselves filming the incident they confiscated press cameras and tape recorders form ISNA (news Agency) and newspaper reporters.

The more active attackers numbering 30-50 were lead by the following individuals: Ahmadi Panjaki (leader of the executive committee of Central province Islamic Shoras) , Hassan Sadeghi (chief executive of the supreme council for coordination of Islamic Shoras) . Akbar Eyvazi ( Khaneh Kargar) , Hassan Bahrami, Eskandar Nassiri, Mahdavi Khah, Alireza Ahmadi, Sarvandi and Jalal Saeed Amnesh ( all from Vahed Bus company’s Islamic Shora), Amani ( from Vahed company’s security) , Nader Azizi a driver and Hassan Faraji ( known as Hassan donkey) …The other attackers held placards with slogans such as ‘ Syndicate a refuse of Taghout’ (reference to the previous monarchy) , death to hypocrites ( a term used by the Islamic regime against its political opponents) .

Jalal Saeedmanesh , one of the attackers, holding a knife moved  to cut the tongue and neck of Mansour Ossanlou ( a member of the founding committee of Vahed Bus company syndicate) while Hassan Sadeghi  (chief executive of the supreme council for coordination of Islamic Shoras) tied Ossanlou’s hands behind his back so that his attacker could get on with his onslaught. Ebrahim Madadi (another member of the committee ) was only saved from attacks by the intervention of security officer. The attackers damaged property and stole motor cycles and other belongings of those present.

After these attacks , members of the founding committee went to Abou Saeed police station to lodge a complaint and Mansour Ossanlou was taken to hospital and according to latest news he received stitches on his neck and tongue and was taken to police medical centre and then to the Intelligence headquarters of the security forces.

While colonel Kiyani, (Intelligence security officer of the province) has declared his deep sorrow at this incident and promised to follow up the case, security forces present in the location ,were quick to replace broken windows and clear up the crime scene , while confiscating reporters' cameras and note books.
