To workers and workers’ organizations in Palestine,
We are writing this message in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in particular the Palestinian working class who has been the main victims of the war on Gaza. As the Palestinian labour organizations have declared, this war is also against all workers and families in the world. We strongly condemn the Israeli government’s military assault on the people of Gaza and the killing of innocent people, which is an extension of the State of Israel's ongoing war against the Palestinian population. We demand an immediate ceasefire by the Israeli government and Hamas and a full lifting of the blockade of the Gaza Strip.
As a campaigning organization in support of workers’ rights and struggles in Iran, we firmly defend and fervently advocate for workers’ organizations’ independence from all governments and capitalist forces, not only in Iran but also anywhere in the world, and for the working class unity and self-determination. We strongly believe that as the working class in the Middle East and all over the world, we need to strive towards building strong class solidarity in order to help us achieving progressive social change and creating sustainable peace that would benefit the working class and deprived masses.
