Ali Nejati's dismissal confirmed

 According to a statement issued by the Coordinating Committee to Help Form Workers' Organizations, Mr. Ali Nejati, a board member and former president of the board of directors of the Syndicate of Workers of Haft Tapeh Sugar Cane Company, has received an approval of his dismissal from the Court of Administrative Justice on December 18, 2010.

 Ali Nejati had first received a dismissal notice from the Board of Inquiry and later a confirmation by the Disputes Board of the city of Shoush. Nejati later appealed the decision to the court of Administrative Justice in Tehran. He has been waiting for 14 months for a verdict from court. In total, it's now 22 months since he was fired from the Sugar Cane company because of his labour activities. Nejati had spent for than 6 months in prison in late 2009 and early 2010.
