For Jewish Heritage Month, we encourage members to celebrate the contribution of Jewish Canadians to our communities and to take action against antisemitism.
Jewish Heritage Month was officially recognized by the federal government in March 2018 after a unanimous vote in the House of Commons.
In May, we acknowledge and honour the activism of people of Jewish descent in their fight for human rights and social justice, and we encourage members to take action against antisemitism.
