Today, the 8th EI World Congress hosted the first Young Advocates Round Table. With a strict age limit of 35, participants sat together and developed strategies on how to boost union renewal.
Tomorrow they will meet with other delegates to compare notes and make recommendations to encourage other young professionals to unionise, stand up for a fair bargain and advocate for the causes they believe in.
Two young delegates sat down for a podcast to share their thoughts on young people and the unions they are part of.
